The short version: the books are for your family to enjoy. Please don't share your account or copy the books.

Who we are

Najamly is run by TODO: your full name, TODO: your city, India ("we"). By using this website you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account or buy.
  • Your account is for you and your household. Don't share it with anyone outside your home.
  • You can be signed in on up to 3 devices at once. Signing in on another device signs out the oldest one.
  • We may pause an account that looks shared widely or misused, and we'll tell you why.

What you get when you buy a book

You get a personal licence to read and play the book, and to print its pages, for your household or your own classroom. You don't own the copyright; we do.

You may not copy, upload, share, sell or rent the books, their pictures, audio or printable files, or let others use them outside your household.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees in India and US dollars elsewhere, including any taxes we have to charge.
  • Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your bank or card provider may add its own charges.
  • The price you pay is the one shown when you pay. We may change prices for future purchases.

Gifts

  • A gift code works once and is valid for one year from purchase.
  • Gift codes can't be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold.

Free pages

The first pages of every book are free to try. Everything on this site is © TODO: your full name, and the free pages are covered by the same licence as the books.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Najamly available and the books correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If something goes wrong with a book you bought, we'll fix it or refund you. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law says otherwise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of TODO: your city, India, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
