We keep as little as we can, we never sell it, and we collect nothing about your child.نَحْتَفِظُ بِأَقَلِّ ما يُمْكِن، وَلا نَبيعُهُ أَبَدًا، وَلا نَجْمَعُ شَيْئًا عَنْ طِفْلِك.

Who we are

Najamly is run by TODO: your full name, TODO: your city, India. Write to hello@najamly.com about anything in this policy.

Accounts are for parents

Accounts are for adults (18 or over), usually a parent or teacher. Children use the books with you; we don't ask for, and don't keep, anything about a child. The colouring a child does is saved only on your own device.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us these; we never see your Google password.
  • What you buy: your orders, the books you own, and any gifts you send or redeem.
  • Payments: handled by Razorpay. We see the amount, the payment method type and a reference number, never your full card or bank details.
  • Keeping your account safe: the devices you're signed in on (browser, rough location from your internet address) so we can limit sharing and spot misuse. We keep this for at most 90 days.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

Who helps us

These companies process data for us, only to run Najamly:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security and storage.
  • Google: "Sign in with Google", if you use it.
  • Resend: sends sign-in codes, receipts and gift emails.
  • Razorpay: takes payments.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you use it. Records of payments are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, even after you delete your account; we remove your email from them.

Your choices

  • See or correct what we hold: email us.
  • Delete your account: use Account on the website, or email us. Your books are removed with it.
  • Sign out of every device at once from Account.

We answer requests within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.

الحسابات للآباء والأمهات

الحسابات للبالغين (١٨ سنة فأكثر)، وغالبًا أحد الوالدين أو معلّم. يستخدم الأطفال الكتب معك؛ لا نطلب شيئًا عن الطفل ولا نحتفظ به. وما يلوّنه الطفل يُحفظ على جهازك أنت فقط.

ما الذي نحتفظ به

  • حسابك: بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك. إن سجّلت الدخول بحساب جوجل فإن جوجل تخبرنا بهما؛ ولا نرى كلمة مرور جوجل أبدًا.
  • مشترياتك: طلباتك، والكتب التي تملكها، والهدايا التي ترسلها أو تستخدمها.
  • الدفع: يتولّاه رازورباي. نرى المبلغ ونوع وسيلة الدفع ورقمًا مرجعيًا، ولا نرى أبدًا تفاصيل بطاقتك أو حسابك المصرفي كاملة.
  • حماية حسابك: الأجهزة التي سجّلت الدخول عليها (المتصفح، والموقع التقريبي من عنوان الإنترنت) لنحدّ من مشاركة الحساب ونكتشف إساءة الاستخدام. نحتفظ بذلك ٩٠ يومًا على الأكثر.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط واحدًا لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول. لا توجد ملفات إعلانية أو للتتبّع. وأرقام الزيارات تأتي من تحليلات كلاودفلير، التي لا تستخدم أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط.

من يساعدنا

تعالج هذه الشركات البيانات لصالحنا، فقط لتشغيل نَجَمْلِي:

  • كلاودفلير: الاستضافة والأمان والتخزين.
  • جوجل: «تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل»، إن استخدمته.
  • ريسند: ترسل رموز الدخول والإيصالات ورسائل الهدايا.
  • رازورباي: يستلم المدفوعات.

لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بحسابك ما دمت تستخدمه. وتُحفظ سجلات المدفوعات المدة التي يفرضها القانون للضرائب والمحاسبة، حتى بعد حذف حسابك؛ ونحذف بريدك منها.

خياراتك

  • الاطلاع على ما نحتفظ به أو تصحيحه: راسلنا.
  • حذف حسابك: من صفحة الحساب على الموقع، أو راسلنا. تُحذف كتبك معه.
  • تسجيل الخروج من كل الأجهزة دفعة واحدة من صفحة الحساب.

نرد على الطلبات خلال ٣٠ يومًا. وإن لم يُرضك ردّنا فلك أن تشتكي إلى مجلس حماية البيانات في الهند، أو إلى جهة حماية البيانات حيث تعيش.

التغييرات

إن غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييرًا مهمًا، نراسل أصحاب الحسابات قبل سريانه.
